We ship our products within the EU.

Within Germany the shipping costs are € 4.99, in other EU countries € 6.99. From a shopping cart value of €100, shipping is free of charge.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@phlebicare.de within 14 days of receiving the goods and inform us of your withdrawal and the return of the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

To ensure a smooth return, stick the return label on the original shipping box and make sure that the goods are sufficiently padded. Also make sure that the original shipping label is no longer visible.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. We would therefore like to point out that the right of withdrawal for our cosmetic products expires as soon as the seal on the goods has been removed after delivery.

Please note that the seal fulfills a protective function and its removal excludes the return of the product for hygienic reasons.

The amount already paid will be refunded as soon as we have received confirmation of receipt of the return from our shipping partner. The refund will then be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the return.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. For example, if you paid for your order via PayPal, the refund will also be made to your PayPal account. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days after we have credited the amount to your account.
