1.1 The business relationship between Juventa Medical Aesthetics Institute GmbH (hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “Customer”) shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

1.2 You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints and objections on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by e-mail at hello@phlebicare.de.

1.3 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

1.4 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Service descriptions in catalogs and on the seller's websites do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee.

All offers are valid “while stocks last”, unless otherwise stated with the products. Errors excepted.

3.1 The customer can select products from the seller's range without obligation and collect them in a so-called shopping cart using the [“Add to cart”] button. The product selection can be changed within the shopping cart. The customer can then initiate the order process by clicking on the “Continue to checkout” button.

3.2 By clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button, the customer submits a binding application to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

3.3 The seller then sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which the customer's order is listed again. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the order or upon delivery of the goods.

4.1 All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax.

4.2 The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

5.1 Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer.

5.2 If a product is not available, the seller will inform the customer immediately. Payments already made will be refunded.

6.1 The customer can choose between different payment methods. The available payment methods are displayed in the online store.

6.2 The invoice amount must be paid within the specified payment period.

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

8.1 The warranty shall be governed by the statutory provisions.

8.2 A guarantee only exists if it has been expressly given.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a designated third party has taken possession of the goods.

Sealed goods 
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. We would therefore like to point out that the right of withdrawal for our cosmetic products expires as soon as the seal on the goods has been removed after delivery.

Please note that the seal fulfills a protective function and its removal excludes the return of the product for hygienic reasons.

10.1 The Seller shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

10.2 In the event of slight negligence, the Seller shall only be liable for breach of material contractual obligations.

10.3 Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit or other consequential damage is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11.1 The customer can view and print out the GTC at any time on the seller's website.

12.1 The place of jurisdiction and place of performance is the registered office of the seller, insofar as legally permissible.

12.2 The contract language is German.
